These terms set out how SortMyTrade works and the basis on which we provide our service. By enquiring or engaging our service, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

SortMyTrade (“we”, “us”, “our”), operated by Zaino Leles, is a home-improvement and trades coordination service covering South Manchester & Cheshire. Contact: WhatsApp 07459 819603, sortmytrade.com.

What we do

We help homeowners get work done by coordinating vetted, insured tradespeople. We qualify your enquiry, agree a scope and price with you, and arrange the appropriate trade(s) to carry out the work. We act as the coordinator and your point of contact.

Quotes and pricing

• Quotes are based on the information and access available at the time, and where relevant a site survey.
• Any work found on site that changes the agreed scope will be discussed and confirmed with you before proceeding — we will not carry out additional chargeable work without your agreement.
• A deposit is typically required to secure a booking and, where applicable, to order materials. The balance is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The work

• Work is carried out by the tradesperson matched to your job. Each trade we work with is required to hold valid public liability insurance and the relevant qualifications/registrations for their trade.
• Where certification is required (for example electrical or gas work), it is provided by the appropriately registered tradesperson.
• Timescales given are estimates made in good faith and may be affected by factors outside our control (weather, material availability, unforeseen site conditions).

Payments

Payment details are provided on your quote or invoice. Please pay to the account shown and reference your name so we can allocate it correctly.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. Where materials have already been ordered or work has begun, costs incurred up to that point may be payable.

Liability

The tradesperson carrying out the work is responsible for the workmanship and holds the relevant insurance for it. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
